LIVER DAMAGE WITH KAVA - I THINK NOT

IS KAVA REALLY BAD FOR YOUR LIVER?

SO here is the verdict on my liver as you can see from my blood work below. The first test results show my general chemistry and the tests of my liver such as: ALT, ASP, ALP, Bilirubin etc.  

 

The next page is that of my cholesterol which is not not so good. The video above should give you a bit of background as to why the cholesterol was through the roof. 

NEW CHOLESTROL READING

Following the above tests I made some improvements to my diet and stopped taking coocnut oil in my coffee. This reduced my cholesterol level significantly without medications. 
Doc wanted to put me on statins but naturally I refused in order to further improve my diet and try a natural alternative called Policosanol which is made from sugarcane wax. 
The results below do not reflect the use of Policosanol.
